• Undertake strategic planning and market assessment to position health plans for success, including working with state Medicaid agencies to obtain contracts for D-SNP plans.
• Design and deploy business and product development and diversification strategies, including implementation of operational and product changes.

• Consult on Medicaid, Medicare and commercial rate settings.
